25 Winners for 2025 Sweepstakes – Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Tangled Roots, 1390 Broadway B204, Placerville, CA 95667.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Tangled Roots, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 11, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST(the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Sweepstakes Period will not be eligible.

4. How to Enter

• Online Purchases: Every $50 spent on Tangled Roots during the Sweepstakes Period earns one entry. Multiple entries allowed.

• No Purchase Necessary: To enter without a purchase, send your name, mailing address, and email to:

  All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2025.

Only one prize per person, regardless of the number of entries submitted.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries. The random drawing will take place on January 14, 2025. Winners will be notified via email within 48 hours of selection.

If a winner does not respond within 7 days, or if the prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner may be selected.

6. Prizes

Prizes include:

• 1st place: Dr. Dabber Switch 2, along with prizes for 2–5, 6–10, and 11–25

• 2nd–5th place: Blueberry Rose 5-pack from Huckleberry Hill Farms, along with prizes for 6–10 and 11–25

• 6th–10th place: Ridgeline Farms Throbber 10-pack, along with prizes for 11–25

• 11th–25th place: 5-pack of Canna Country CC33 x CC30 Feminized Seeds and 5-pack of SoHum Seeds Gelonade Quicks

Prizes are non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. Tangled Roots reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. General Conditions

• By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Tangled Roots, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

• Tangled Roots is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, or illegible entries.

• Tangled Roots reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is fraudulent or submitted in violation of these Official Rules.

• By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow Tangled Roots to use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Tangled Roots, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or from the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.

10. Privacy

All information submitted by entrants is subject to Tangled Roots’ Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
